Raffle for Fiction & Friction

It has been a really rough year for Britt and Fiction & Friction as a whole.

• Britt's Chronic Health Issues have been flaring.
• Constance, Britt's Daughter has been experiencing for own Chronic Pain and is going through unexplained health issues.
• Fiction & Friction suffered from flooding in their back storage room and at the same time as that water was gushing in the roof of her shop Britt was getting facetime calls from her family and watching her flat go under. She lost all her furniture and while she will tell you she is trying to be grateful and it could have been worse we know it's been an incredibly stressful few months for Britt.
• For a month and a half Britt slept a mattress on the floor, she still hasn't replaced all her furniture and her shop hasn't been repaired.
• Add to that the fuel crisis making people less likely to visit her in the rural town that is home to Fiction & Friction and all business expenses continuing to rising and you have a big old pile of stress.
• Oh yeah and she had to get a new computer $1,500+ later. She can't seem to catch a break.

This raffle is to hopefully take a little bit of stress of Britt. Even just to give her a month that she doesn't have to worry about paying rent for the shop or give her a buffer so she can purchase a bunch of new stock for the shop without having to limit orders. I mean we'd love her to go on a holiday or something but we know she won't!

We just wanted to help, so we've team up to offer this raffle with Britt, she has raided her warehouse stock of out of print, signed copies and some merch and is offering some of those up as well as a load of other prizes donated myself—Lani and a handful of incredible Authors including Montana Fyre and Sarah JD.

How will it work?

This raffle is going to be available online and instore so to streamline the process it will be done with names and the winners will be drawn with a random name generator. This also give you a better chance to win!

There is two options:

• 3 for $5
• 8 for $10

• The raffle will be open until the 8th of May and will be drawn after this.
• Contact will be via email.
• Prizes will be mailed to anyone who isn't local. If you are local collection from the shop will be available.
• You will be able to choose your prize pack.
• When purchasing please use the local pick up option at the check out if it doesn't do this automatically.
